The Grove Villa is a tranquil and secluded haven located in the peaceful village of Velonades, in northwest Corfu. This exclusive retreat features three beautifully restored houses set within lush Mediterranean gardens, set around a sparkling 8m x 6m private pool overlooking our serene olive grove.

Accommodating up to 13 guests, The Grove Villa is ideal for families, groups of friends, or couples who want a relaxing and private Corfu villa holiday. The property is only rented exclusively to one group at a time ensuring complete privacy, no sharing of spaces, and uninterrupted relaxation for our guests.

Accessed via a quiet private lane, The Grove Villa includes a spacious main house, a charming barn conversion, and a modern annex. Each house offers contemporary comfort blended with local charm, featuring private living areas, ensuite bathrooms, fully equipped kitchens, outdoor dining spaces, and all the modern amenities needed for a stress-free Corfu escape.

Spend your days lounging by the pool, soaking up the sun on comfortable loungers, or unwinding beneath the shade of large parasols. As evening falls, enjoy a glass of wine while watching the sunset over the olive grove from peaceful terraces.

Nearby, discover some of Corfu’s most beautiful beaches, including Agios Georgios, Agios Stefanos, and Arillas, all just a short drive away. For a change of pace, the lively resort of Sidari offers shopping, watersports, and family-friendly entertainment.

The traditional village of Velonades has a café-bar and an excellent local grill house, with delivery options available. Supermarkets and shops are less than a 10-minute drive away. The Houses

Each of our villas is your home away from home but with better weather, a private pool, and everything you need for a perfect stay! Whether you're floating in the 8m x 6m pool, lounging with a book, or dining under the stars, relaxation comes naturally.

Inside, you’ll enjoy cool, airy spaces with air conditioning, fully equipped kitchens, smart TVs (except in the annex), WiFi, and fresh bath and pool towels always on hand. Travelling with little ones? We have equipment for two babies just bring your own cot bedding.

Step outside to your private pool, comfy sun loungers, shady parasols, and a spacious covered seating area, all set in beautifully landscaped gardens.

Car Hire & Private Airport Transfers

A car is essential for getting around during your stay. If you need transportation from the airport, we can arrange private airport transfers for individuals or groups of up to 12 people in a minibus.

We’ve also partnered with a trusted car hire company, allowing you to collect your rental car directly at the airport or from a local office near the house. Enjoy a smooth and convenient start to your trip.

On arrival you’ll find a welcome with some local treats and a few essentials to start your stay.

Private Dining

Let the taverna come to you. Book a private chef to visit The Grove and prepare authentic local specialities while you relax with a drink in the villa’s idyllic surroundings. Enjoy the luxury of dining in without the stress — your meal freshly cooked, your children peacefully asleep, and even the washing up taken care of.

House Manager

Our fantastic manager is available to help with any questions you may have about the house. He also takes care of pool maintenance, so you’ll see him regularly during your stay.

  • Where to start?

    From the moment of arrival to the moment of departure, our stay was really great. We were very well received by Peter and he enthusiastically told us about the houses and amenities. Everything that was described online was present. The houses are wonderfully secluded, so you really feel completely cut off from the hustle and bustle and can really enjoy the tranquility. 5 minutes away (walking) is a wonderful Greek restaurant and the supermarket/ a larger town can be found 6 minutes away by car.

    We hope to come back here again, because this was the perfect vacation with our stay that couldn't have been better!
